VncserverでデスクトップマネージャGNOMEに変更する

とりあえず一回はvncserverで起動する。
するとrootやユーザのhomeの下に.vnc/xstartupができあがるので、
以下のgnome-sessionをのように変更すると、gnomeが利用できる
